FUND RAISING INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS
As with all Non Profit Organisations in these times, IngweNet© NPC is currently very dependent on receiving some form of donated or grant funding in order to accomplish its objectives.
This need is a means to an end, as long-term viability structures are in place to reduce the need to keep "asking" for financial support, and eventually, over a period of 5 to 10 years, be in a position to provide our own funding non-prescriptively to Empowerment and Sustainable Community Development projects in any communities in South and Southern Africa that are linked to IngweNet© NPC.
However, in order to reach these aims, interim funding is needed to compliment the other income streams (such as the Subscriptions to the IngweNet© NPC Safety and Emergency Response Initiative and the sale of Sustainable Eco-Growing "Permaculture" and related Courses - both of which are covered in detail in other pages on this website).
Links to Investors and Grant Funders have been sourced, however, these avenues are medium-term solutions, and DONOR funding is needed more urgently in order to address the immediate needs of the IngweNet© NPC initiatives and projects.
IngweNet© NPC has engaged a number of freelance Sales Reps on a commission-only basis, to help with both fundraising and the selling of the services and products that we are making available to help eventually fund the Non Profit Company and its initiatives. The Directors of IngweNet© NPC have also opted to forego any form of allowances, and any "staff" that we engage are on a purely voluntary basis, in order to maximize the proper use of any donor funding received.
Some initiatives that IngweNet© NPC has launched already were because of a drastic need for urgent action, and these include the IngweNet© NPC KZN FOOD AID FUND, which is explained on a sub-page to this section.
Anybody in South Africa who is led to and is able to donate and makes a minimum donation decided upon by the Directors, will be given a FREE subscription into the IngweNet© NPC Safety and Emergency Response Initiative.
