As concerns about the protection of personal information are increasing worldwide, IngweNet© NPC subsequently issues the following PRIVACY POLICY that affects its Subscribers, its Beneficiaries, and its Partners. Please read it - there are built-in safeguarding features for all parties involved.

In addition to the Privacy Policy set out below, IngweNet© NPC adopts the unique South African Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, which came into effect on 1st July 2020. This Act applies ONLY to South Africa. What is a Privacy Policy?

A Privacy Policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways an organisation collects, uses, discloses, and manages the data of its Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners. It fulfills a legal requirement to protect the privacy of the parties involved.

Countries have their own laws with different requirements per jurisdiction regarding the use of privacy policies. IngweNet© NPC attempts to comply with all international legal requirements in this regard.

 

What type of information does IngweNet© NPC collect?

IngweNet© NPC may receive, collect and store any information a Subscriber, Beneficiary or Partner submits to IngweNet© NPC in any other manner or form.

In addition, IngweNet© NPC may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect a Subscriber’s, Beneficiary's, or Partner's computer, or any other electronic device that has internet access, to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password (where necessary); computer and connection information and any transaction history.

IngweNet© NPC may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain Webpages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

IngweNet© NPC may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including commonly-shared credit or debit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile data.

 

How does IngweNet© NPC collect information?

When a Subscriber, Beneficiary or Partner conducts any type of communication with IngweNet© NPC, as part of the process, IngweNet© NPC collects Personal Information given, such as names, addresses and email addresses.

A Subscriber's, Beneficiary's, or Partner's Personal and Non-Personal Information will be used for the specific reasons stated below only, and will not in any way be sold-on to other organisations.

IngweNet© NPC collects such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services to IngweNet© NPC Subscribers, Beneficiaries, or Partners;

  2. To provide IngweNet© NPC Subscribers, Beneficiaries, or Partners with ongoing assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact IngweNet© NPC Subscribers, Beneficiaries, or Partners with general or personalized service-related notices and newsworthy messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which IngweNet© NPC or IngweNet© NPC's Strategic Partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

How does IngweNet© NPC store, use, share, and disclose IngweNet© NPC the Subscribers', Beneficiary's, and/or Partner's Personal Information?

IngweNet© NPC stores the Subscriber's, Beneficiary's, and/or Partner's Personal and Non-Personal data on secure computers protected by the world’s best anti-virus software.

IngweNet© NPC uses Subscriber's, Beneficiary's, and/or Partner's Personal and Non-Personal data for the sole purpose of providing the Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners with services and benefits, in accordance with the IngweNet© NPC initiatives.

IngweNet© NPC shares and discloses Subscriber's, Beneficiary's, and/or Partner's Personal and Non-Personal data with third-party service providers purely on a “need-to-know” basis in the event of any form of event or incident connected to IngweNet© NPC's initiatives.

IngweNet© NPC Website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides IngweNet© NPC with the online platform that allows IngweNet© NPC to provide online products and services to IngweNet© NPC Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners . The Subscriber's, Beneficiary's, and/or Partner's data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. Wix.com stores IngweNet© NPC Subscriber's, Beneficiary's, and/or Partner's data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and which may be used by IngweNet© NPC adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by the IngweNet© NPC Online Store and any service providers.

 

How does IngweNet© NPC communicate with Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners?

IngweNet© NPC may contact Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners who are a part of any of the IngweNet© Initiatives via voice or video calls and/or voice or text messages on cellphones, or by two-way radio networks where available, to notify them regarding any information, incidents, or responses.

IngweNet© NPC may contact Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners to notify them regarding Subscription Accounts, to troubleshoot issues with Website access, to resolve any disputes, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about IngweNet© NPC, or as otherwise necessary to contact Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners to mantain the User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement IngweNet© NPC may have with Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners. For these purposes IngweNet© NPC may contact Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners via email, telephone, text messages, and/or Private Message facilities on Social Media and other applications, wherever possible keeping such messages end-to-end encrypted.

 

How does IngweNet© NPC use Website cookies and other tracking tools?

This IngweNet© NPC Website MAY track Personal Information through the use of cookies, and such tracking tools may include cookies, flash cookies, web beacons, and others.
It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications that may be installed through the Wix.com App Market to render a more beneficial service to the IngweNet© NPC Website Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners, MAY place cookies or utilize other tracking technologies through Wix.com´s services, and may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the Wix.com Privacy Policy, nor the IngweNet© NPC Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy Updates:

IngweNet© NPC reserves the right to modify, change, update, or otherwise alter the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time, so Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners are advised herewith to review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the IngweNet© NPC Website. If IngweNet© NPC makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, IngweNet© NPC will notify its Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners of the update, so that Subscribers, Beneficiaries, and/or Partners are aware of what information IngweNet© NPC collects, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, IngweNet© NPC uses and/or discloses it.
