1. IngweNet© NPC and SA CAN together offer a comprehensive SAFETY “Disaster Prevention and Management” support service that includes development, coordination, advisory, training, and response facilities, anywhere in South Africa. IngweNet© NPC has identified that the service should be mainly for the benefit of farmers and rural residents (including small villages), but can include urban dwellers as well, in the event of any man-made or natural incident affecting the safety of the Subscriber. These services fill the void left by the lack of resources of conventional service providers.

2. SA CAN provides a secure Emergency Response and Prevention Centre facility specifically for the IngweNet© Farm and Rural Safety Program Subscribers who also subscribe to SA CAN.
